Vision was founded by a nurse with almost 20 years of experience. The owner started as a CNA and has not forgot where she came from. An owner who knows how hard it really is to work the floor. The company was started to provide more incentives for nurses and support staff, to put our staff first. We want you to be able to work less and have more time for everything else in life.
