Jessie started Vision Staffing with the goals of continuing her love for helping others. She wanted to start something that she could help people plan their work around their lives. A company that strives for wholesome care and compassion from every angle. She sees the potential in everyone and tries to help them see it too. She has been in the medical field for 22yrs and graduated with her LPN from Washburn Tech in 2009. She also holds a certificae in Business Organization and Leadership and HR Analytics. She resides in Kansas with her 5 children and her fiancee that are 8 and under, which allows her to be able to understand what it is like to be a working parent. She is passiontae about her family and company and loves spending her spare time with her children. 

Alycne is a military spouse. She joinded Vision Staffing as a floor nurse, and soon became a manger, and has handled everything from hiring to scheduling. She always finds the positive in every situation. She graduated from Blake Austin College in California with her LPN in 2015. She currently resides in Southwestern Iowa with her husband and their 3 children. They live on a farm where they raise sheep. She is a full time volleyball mom in her free time. She has a multitude of hobbies.

Cheyenne joined our team in October 2022. She has years of experience in HR and hiring. She also has experience as a CNA and also 8 years in hospital settings, which allows for her to understand the demands of healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her family when not working. She resides in Nebraska with her girlfirend and 2 kids.

Our staff are the eyes and ears of Vision. They are the ones that make everything we do possible. We are deeply appreciative of them and thank them for all they do to help Vision with such a postive reputation. For 2022 they staffed over 22,000 hours with a 98% attendance rate! Way to go staff!
